Cisco WS-C3850-48T switches showing Current Hardware Health issue for temperature

On the cli of the switch, can you type in
#show system
or
#show environment temperature status
or
#show temperature all
and Complete a snmpwalk with cisco-envmon-mib
There are 3 temp sensors, 1 for CPU, Inlet and Exhaust.
Make sure that all the sensors are ok.
Also look at the temps showing on the Health Warnings

What hardware Health Monitoring polling option are you using? You can over ride the default setting by going into the node and changing it.There are 2 and one does not work with the 3850 line which will show incorrect stats.

I would also recommend upgrading to 16.9.5 as that 3.3 code is extremely old, full of bugs, and vulnerabilities. 

I agree with acf6276 in that you should upgrade the IOS first.

Yes, an upgrade will be great as we are considering it.

In the mean time, as a short time solution, I've managed to change the temperature sensors on the devices and the node are not in warning state any more.
