Cisco UCS How to show UDP "Row ID" and "Test Result" in graph with sum?

You can get something like this depending on the version you are on.  If you look at the the green line being the sum is showing up as is the second row.  The thing with the UCS is that you are getting the option for each server A and B.  What you would have to do is look at the pollers on each of those servers and create the chart there.  Also, with NPM able to collect UCS data now, have you tried using the UCS monitoring to get more of the details you need rather than using Universal Pollers.  It may simply be with this and how it's displayed being UCS.
