Can´t save Map Group

I agree, I don't understand why we can move them, but can't save their new locations. Some of mine come in very odd, even overlapping, and to me it would just be more beneficial to place them how you and your team understand it best. From a programming standpoint, I do see the difficulty because as you add to your topology and those new items are discovered, where do they go? But I also don't think that should be the programmers responsibility but the maintainer of the topology(us) to do our job and place them appropriately.

Unfortunately there is a tough balance between providing dynamically built content and allowing complete control of where things show up.  Luckily you do have a bit more control with the latest release.  I recommend checking out Orion Platform 2019.2 - Orion Maps 2.0!
