Can't get trap view to email on traps

Try as I might, I am unable to get the trap viewer to email me when a trap comes through. Are there any known issues?

This is Orion 8.1.0

I am using the Dell OpenManage Server admin to generate a trap on BMC Ambient Temp by changing the warning threshhold. Dell IT Assist emails me, I see the trap come into the Trap View on Orion, but I get no email.

Do I need to open a support ticket on this?

There aren't any issues that I know of. This should work. If you're having a problem, opening a Support ticket seems the way to go.
