Has anyone else experienced the issue where, when in the reports tab (/Orion/AllReports.aspx) that a right-click on a report name to open the report in a new tab re-draws the screen and skews the text of all of the report categories and names?

It doesn't really show it in the screen captures, but it happens consistently. I am running NPM 10.4 on Windows 2008.
Any others with the same problem?
