Avtech Room Alert 24e - SNMP monitoring

Using OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.20916.1.5.0.2 I can see the MIBs for the 24e.

I've set up a trap which does send an email as we want when the system power fails. However, I cannot understand how to do this when the power returns. The same email gets triggered, and when I try to point it towards what I think is the Alerm clear state it makes no difference. Can anyone please help?
