Average Response Time & Packet Loss - Data is not available

Hi Team - Recently there was a fibre cut of a switch and the management went down. I've fixed the fibre and the management of the switch is up. However, the node in the solarwinds shows down even after the switch comes up. I tried to remove/add the node back in the solarwinds. Though I see the node is up but, I see the Average Response Time & Packet Loss as Data not available. Please give me your insight. Thanks!
