Automatically deploy Orion agent on Azure VMs

Hi,

Anyone knows what powershell script for each VM we need to run as mentioned on the STEP 7 on the below KB Article: Automatically deploy Orion agent on Azure VMs

7. Create a PowerShell script for each VM where you will install an agent. This script will run on each VM when launched, to download and deploy the agent.

Also, do we need to allow port port 135 and 445 from SW server to Azure? - Agent installer is not a full or standalone installer and it still needs to download additional plugins from the poller to complete the agent installation.
