Atlas Icon Status | Up / Down criteria

Hello;

I have a map with several objects and I would like to just have Orion Led Tiny icon (Green) when is UP.

But I would like to know if possible, if that icon goes something different than up, will change to whatever color PLUS add a caption related to that icon node (for example)....

Is this possible?

Apologies, I'm not certain of the example there. Would you perhaps be able to provide some further background on what you would like to see?

For example:
When is up :
When is not up :
(sorry for my art)
The idea is that only when there a issue, the map will display any caption/icon....
