Can you remove the poller for that specific probe and then re-add it? Maybe delete it and rediscover it?

Unless you have to preserve historical data of course... but that's all skewed to hell if you're getting the kinds of numbers from your screenshot.

I've completely deleted and re-added one of the units. We'll see what happens.

The bigger question I have ...Is this a Solarwinds issue or an Arista issue?

Best way to determine that quickly would be to monitor that specific OID with something else. A properly created while loop with snmpget could easily help figure this out if you have a Linux system handy. Its even in cygwin too.

That's at least how I'd go about it.. something like:

while true; do echo "$(date) ... $(snmpget -v 2c -c public IPADDR OID)"; sleep 60; done

Interestingly enough … I'm seeing this exact same issue in my environment on the latest NAM 2018.4 HF3, with an Arista DCS-7508. Will see if I can figure out where the issue lies.

I don't have confirmation yet - but my gut says to me this is an Arista bug.

I have one ethernet ports DOM temp reporting consistently with an insanely low negative I found out, started 2 months ago. SolarWinds snmpwalk confirms also.

I saw an alert just yesterday where the temp of an inlet sensor... 'Inlet sensor on MY-ARISTA-7508 is Critical at -100000000C, (-179999968F)' - coincidence? I think not.

For now I have a beast / ugly multi line bash command logging the values of all 8 inlet sensors into a text file every few minutes. Come Monday... it'll probably be time to engage Arista TAC.
