I know you can hide the acknowledged alerts, though I'm more looking for sorting this page a few different ways. I'd like to quickly see the oldest and newest alerts based on time, also view alerts based on a customer property (like CustomerName) in one of the drop down lists. Not sure if anyone has tried to do this though I think I have to rewrite the page.
