I have an alert we've had setup for several years now. It seems after the upgrade to NPM 12.5 we have run into an issue where an acknowledged alert is still resending the alerts in the escalation interval even though the box is selected to send out until the alert is acknowledged. The alert triggered at 9pm was acknowledged at 9:15pm but based on the alert another email was sent out 4 hours later and another 4 hours after that. Has anyone else run into this issue or become aware of a fix for this?
