Agent deployment on GCP

Hi All,

I have recently tried to deploy an agent on GCP server from the web console by adding a certificate credentials with PEM key. Since I click on "test", nothing happens.

In the console I see following:

The server is Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.8 (Maipo). I don't think there is an issue that it is GCP, as agent should consider it as a regular Linux server.

Please, advise.

I haven't seen this behavior before, is this isolated to a single server? It may need a support ticket if you could share the ticket number with me.
