Adding New Interfaces to Existing Nodes

You will need to setup auto discovery and specify if you want to add the newly discovered items automatically or just discover and give u an option to add only the one's you need.

Acc to me, the option that you are showing in screenshot is only for the time when u are adding the devices using the Network Sonar Wizard so using the second option it will just add all the resources under that device and it will not allow you to select...

and did u try running list resources and see if those shutdown ports are visible?

Did you find away to do this?  I also need this type of solution.

I'm considering adding all interfaces and setting all the ones that are down, or might go down, to "Unpluggable", which you can do in the Interface Details under "Edit Interface".  Could probably also do it via the API programmatically...

Has anyone else used this approach?
