APC UPSs added, but some not polling info

There are about 20 SPC SmartUPS with the SNMP management card deployed in the environment. All the same model. When adding the devices to the NPM, some have the PCU status shown, others do not. Is there a trick to get the NPM to recognize the APC UPS's and poll the detailed information?
