APC Symmetra PX

We just installed an APC Symmetra PX 30/40kva UPS. I can see it in Solar Winds NPM but only can monitor loopback and somehting called 'lance'. Any chance of getting Solar winds to monitor more from this unit without doing custom pollers? If any of you have a unit like this, what do you do?
