AJAX Not Working After Upgrade to 10.1.3

Yesterday I upgraded our Orion server from 10.1.1 to 10.1.3, after which I noticed that the AJAX resources were not loading. It's not that the Ajax part doesn't load, the entire resource including headers is not there. I have edited views to move, delete, and add the AJAX tree resource with no change - it never shows up. I have run the config wizard again also with no change. I have opened a case with Support.

may or may not work, but ensure the application pool within IIS is running.

I would suggested opening a case with Support. You are missing the vital "Solarwinds Orion Application Pool" resource.
Have you tried re-installing since the issue started?

I already opened a case - did that before posting here. Figure I'd increase my odds of getting this sorted out while I am in the office.
I only ran the config wizard again, I will try running the installer again right now.

Ran the installer again - or, more specifically, ran a repair via Add Remove Programs since the installer wouldn't let me run it again. No change.
I will wait for Support to contact me. Thanks for the ideas, I at least have more info to give them. Much appreciated.

yea, without that pool, no love. If critical and can't wait for the support process to work through, do a diag and send up via leapfrog, then I'd uninstall NPM (all components of), then reboot, then reinstall. if that does not work, uninstall ALL SW products (modules, etc) then reboot, the reinstall.
I've never seen the app pool not install...wierd.

Just got my first reply to the case - apparently this is a known bug and it still under investigation. I expect we will see a hotfix soon?
