So every time I've had to upgrade NCM I've run into a little window that says something along the lines of, "you've got to delete these duplicate nodes before proceeding!" They just give you a list of IP addresses and you can't copy these IPs or anything. What I've had to do is go into the NCM database and write a query that finds and removes the duplicates. It would be so handy if in the installer there was an option that says, "delete these duplicates for me" or it could show you the duplicates and you can check which duplicate you want to keep/delete. It would save a lot of time and hassle when upgrading NCM and I'm surprised that this isn't an option to begin with.
