every day config change task automation

Is any one use NCM to run every day config change task ?

I mean something like you have request for new site network & that task include L2 & L3 task om 2 different network elements.

1.Make VLAN on main switch

2.Make IP interface on a router.

That kind of work flow will be extremely useful
