I'm having some issues isntalling NCM 5 sp2. When I run the executable I downloaded from SW, a command window pops up for about 1/2 of a second and then goes away. Nothing happens after that and there is no evidence that anything occurred in the event logs. I have NCM installed on server 2003 with NPM (9.1sp2), APM (2.0sp2) and Engineers Toolset all on the same box. I haven't had any problems like this with previous installations of service packs for the other SW products. Any ideas?
