I have been the unlucky victim of an admin attack. One of our newer admins went and changed the hostname and ip address of the server that was hosting the NCM. It took me a while to get everything situated and I come in to this debacle. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to recover the web console without having to reinstall NCM and NPM (not really used)? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
Can you not just change your hostname and ip back? If not then follow this guide, basically just need to run a stack of scripts to change the polling engines info associated with the old name.
