Recovery of NCM after hostname and IP change.....

I have been the unlucky victim of an admin attack. One of our newer admins went and changed the hostname and ip address of the server that was hosting the NCM. It took me a while to get everything situated and I come in to this debacle. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to recover the web console without having to reinstall NCM and NPM (not really used)? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
