Opengear XML config backup isn't complete

I'm using the OpenGear IMX4xxx Devices" SystemOID=" 1.3.6.1.4.1.25049.1.60 " device template and a standard running config backup job. The job completes, but the file it saves is missing about 500+ lines of XML config.

Where would I see any errors or problems with this process? Is there something I need to add to the template?
