Network configuration manager

Hello, we are looking for software managing approximately 70 pcs Cisco switches (a few SG500 series, some 2960 and some 9200/9300 series). We need to view operation status and also we need to change VLAN on some ports sometimes. Is it possible to handle such functions with SolarWinds NCM ?
