NCM 7.8 only getting part of config

I have multiple ASA contexts, only one has this issue. when downloading any config using NCM 7.8, I only receive the first 23 lines. All the context are configure the same for AAA/SNMP etc. I know there was an issue with NCM 7.6, tried that fix, it didn't work. anyone else have this issue?

Are there any differences between the ASAs that are working, and this one ASA that is not? Code versions, auth methods, privilege levels, timeout settings, etc?
