NCM 2019.4 "NCM Config JOB Struck At POST PROCESSING "

Hello Team,

we are having same problem in our environment.

Steps did to troubleshoot and no luck

1. Cleared "windows\temp" folder and run the permission cheker and repaired if any error - re-run the job -- no luck

2. Created new folder of 'config-archive ' and updated the path on "">Primaryserver/.../ConfigArchiveFolders.aspx"  settings and re-run the job - no luck

3. Created new job - no luck

4. Created new job and selected nodes per poller one and run the job - no luck(struck Post Processing). The configs we can see on config-archive folder as well as nodes web view.

    I just had the same problem.

    That how we fix that...

    I got that from support 

    • Go to the Advanced Configuration global page
      • Find the setting "LegacyTransferJobCollectorProcessing", checking this option will return the NCM download config jobs processing to NCM 7.9 legacy behavior.
    • Other work around is enabled the "LegacyTransferJobCollectorProcessing" and "JobsParallelConfigProcessing" on the Advanced Configuration Settings.

    do we need to restart the services on servers? after making changes?

    we went through the same thing about a month ago

    after lots of head-banging I finally called support

    So I enabled LegacyTransferJobCollectorProcessing and the job finishes now, but no configs actually download. 

    I am able to download the configs manually through Solarwinds just not the backup jobs. 

    Any ideas?
