Moving NCM to separate server

Currently we are running NPM/APM along with NCM on the same server. Things seem to be getting bogged down and I thought it might not be a bad idea to move NCM to a separate server. I was wondering if anyone could suggest the best way to move NCM? It can be a clean break as I have all the configs backed up and we haven't done much customization. Thanks for any help.
