Ironport NCM Config

I'm having trouble downloading configs from our IronPort devices

The pre-built template is not working. I think its choking on the question "Do you want to mask the password? Files with masked passwords cannot be loaded using loadconfig command. [Y]>" after the showconfig command

Update: Also tried the template from this thread Ironport template? to no avail
