How to add Device Types in NCM for newer Opengear version

How to add Device Types in NCM for newer Opengear version such as acm700x and for Opengear LightHouse?

Currently the only option we get for Opengear is the older version IMX42xx in the device template drop down and when we test using the credentials it fails.

Try to access the device from the Orion server using SSH or telnet and watch the prompts that are required to download a config turn on tracing to see what step might need to be corrected in order to dl the configs.
Troubleshoot NCM device connections
Information and steps on how to enable/disable Session Tracing feature in NCM which helps to troubleshoot config download issues.
