HP 5920-AF-24XG-> Unable to download Running-Config->NCM Template

Hi,

We have a HP 5920-AF-24XG swtich on our network and Solarwinds has set the Machine type to H3C.

We are unable to download the running-config and the error message is: "Connectivity issues, disregarding configuration (or configuration it too short) "

We can indeed SSH to this device, connection profile test is OK, node is up and we tried below CLI Device Templates:

HP Switch.

Auto

HP 5600

3 Com

Let us know if you noticed the same issue and advise us the resolution or the steps to create a custom CLI Device Template.
