Directing the communication between SMTP Server and Polling Engine to the Manager.
Hello to everyone,
We cannot receive Real Time Change Detection mail from the nodes on Polling Engine. Alarms and other notifications are coming, but we cannot receive RTCN mail instantly. He stated that this problem exists because SMTP Server is not established with Polling Engine in studies with Support.
Polling Engine and Manager are in different locations and domains.
Can we provide access to SMTP Server via Manager for RTCN as well?
