Can not resolve <NAME> to an IP address - adding node

Within node management trying to add a node as soon as I type the name within Polling Hostname or IP Address it displays a dialog box "Can not resolve <NAME> to an IP address".  The node is not configured at all not by name or ip.  What could this be?

Click Start Menu

Click SolarWinds Orion

Click Orion Service Manager

Start All Services

This fixed it for me.

Just a suggestion, you can export the IP list, in an Excel file, change what you need to change in the excel sheet and import it back.
