Automatic Configuration pull daily

Hi Scott Moore,

The job management has been moved to the Web Console. There you select Configs -> Jobs.

The account you use must be an Orion admin in NCM 7.2.x. This is going to change in the next version:

I am very new to using this tool as we just purchased it, however there is no option for jobs in the Web Console under Configs.

Ok Nevermind I had to add it in as an available item on the toolbar. Thank you for the answer, just not sure why it was not there from the start. Again thanks for the help.

No problem, let's figure it out.

I guess the account you are using is not a full Orion admin. Check here:

1. Settings -> User Accounts -> Manage Accounts
2. Edit the account you are using.
3. Make sure that "Allow Administrator Rights" is set to Yes.
4. When you scroll down to "Network Configuration Manager Settings", make sure that the "NCM Role" is set to "Administrator".
