About the Author
For the last 9 years, I spent my time assisting companies large and small with their SolarWinds software.  My previous background was retail, so this was a huge change for me and I love I.T.!  I am an avid gamer, and have been for as long as I can remember.  Now, I have the privilege of being a Head Geek at SolarWinds!
