Ticket Creation Email

I did some searching and could not find an answer to this specific question. We are looking to stop the client from getting an email upon creation in solarwinds unless we say so, does anyone know if this is even an option? We currently have the system create tickets from email, but as some may know spam sometimes sneaks its way in and we would prefer not to send an email to those people if possible? Maybe just more rule on the mailbox? open to all possibilities. Thanks.
