LEM Install Guide or Diagram

Question

I am looking at starting a trial of Log Analyzer in my Environment. I have a few questions about the LEM setup.

Does LEM get installed on the Main Poller & then each sub-sequent additional poller like a normal module?

Does that mean each poller can act as a collector for syslog or do the syslogs need to be sent somewhere else?

Yes, Log Analyzer is a module that you install on the main Orion server and then it can also be installed on additional polling servers to collect syslogs, traps, Windows Events and even VMware Events if you have a license for Virtualization Manager. Also, just to clarify... In your question you mentioned Log Analyzer and LEM. LEM is actually a different product which has been renamed Security Event Manager.
