Legacy Forum Log forwarder does not handle foreign characters.

Log forwarder does not handle foreign characters.

Currently, Log forwarder could not correctly forward foreign characters (characters will become "?????") in kiwi syslogd. I have been using a free software called "Eventlog to syslog" for a long time, and it handles the log message very well. I am wondering if you guys could tweak Log Forwarder and let it processing foreign characters?
