Kiwi Syslog log review

Hello!

I am very new to this and am trying to track down what this means when running a kiwi syslog on my pc. We are trying it out and "HO_MX84_01 urls ,src=10.20.12.65:62102 dst=52.96.79.66:443 mac=38:53:9C:0A:A7:21 request: UNKNOWN outlook.office365.com/..." is what popped up quite a bit on our log. Can you explain to me what "request: UNKNOWNN outlook.office365.com/..." means
