Editing Daily Statistics Email Format

What email client are you using?

I am using Outlook2003.

However, I would like to be able to edit it in format beyond the scope of the bug. Changing it to include or not include other stats or custom "verbiage" would be nice.

There's a custom "Top 'N' Hosts" script in our content exchange area, that'll allow you to customize a Daily statistics e-mail as much as you like.

Although this will allow me to get what I want it will require more coding then I want to put into this project. The statistics I want are already included int he pre-configured daily stats email. All I want to do is change format a little.

So which file holds that formatting?

There is no file that holds the daily stats email format.  It's provided *as-is* and is essentially non-configurable.

The custom 'Top N Hosts' Run-Scripts are the only means by which to create a Custom daily stats e-mail.

Kuz the output is not just generated by "magic" there has to be something that is not only creating the file, but adding the "*" and other symbols where needed on the page.

Is this a matter of its in the source code that I am not allowed to view, or is it that its just not "suppose" to be changed.

I am not asing for support on how to change it, or even support if I break it.  I just want a quick point to how its getting created.

It's hard-coded (in the source).

I would like to make a feature request then that the output of the Daily Email can be configured and created as need per customer choice.

The current work around with the scripts you suggested will work but is teadious and time consuming.
