Hi dave,

Have you tried the latest Cisco.Wireless.LAN script from the CatTools content share?

(see the following thread on thwack:  )

Please uncheck the "Initial login requires password" box.

I did, same thing...DEMONP20 - Connexion Bureau à distance_2016-07-19_16-59-52.png

I have exactly same problem with Cisco 2504 WIFI AP Controller. Even if I check just "Initial login requires username/password and nothing else I can see, that CatTools is sending also the AAA password and authentication therefore fail. Because just login is needed. Is there something else what can I set in CatTools? I am using latest version 3.11.

Thanks Steve

I tried this as you suggested and it appears the same...

a manual upload of config from the WLC via its Gui works fine

the kiwi cattools attempt errors with :-

client script error: Variable is undefined: 'TFTPReportInfo' on line: 1512

thanks for any further ideas

Sorry Dave... just noticed the problem here.

To backup the device you should be using the 'Device.Backup.TFTP' activity.
Please give this a try instead.
