having trouble copying the run config of a cisco 2960 cluster member, which is only accessible via the rcommand

i have 2 cisco 2960's that are connected to each other via cluster. Now the only way to reach the second switch is by executing the command "rcommand 1," from the first switch. Now when i run CatTools, it copies the running config of the first switch, because i am able to telnet to it. However, it does not copy the running-config of the second member in the cluster, because i have to execute  the command "rcommand1," in order to get inside the second switch. So i am stumped as to how to resolve this. Anyone have ideas? or run into the same problem?
