TrendNet Switch

I am trying to backup a TrendNet switch. The issue I'm having is that when I log into the switch with SSH/telnet the first prompt is a login prompt where you enter in the username. Then at the prompt you type in enable. Then the switch asks for the username again and then the password. I think this is were CatTools is failing but I cannot figure out how to work around that.
