I have a device that is not providing a SNMP community name when a trap is sent. Our Orion NPM is unable to accept traps unless a community name is sent with the trap. I was told this from Solarwinds support. I would like to know if there is a product that can accept the packet and place a community name in the trap when it forwards to Orion. Does Kiwi syslog Server have this capability for SNMP traps? I know the syslog server is able to changed fields though unsure about the traps.
