I'm writing to inquire about the helpdesk APIs as mentioned in the manual. My college uses this as the helpdesk ticketing system. I need to extract results from the APIs for a web interface, but I keep getting an authentication required message and a 401 error. I tried using the apis with both authentication through username and password and api key, but get the same thing. Even when I'm logged into my system and go to Helpdesk.woa/ra/Tickets/1 through the browser, I get a webpage that simply says "Authentication required." What's the right way to use the API?
