With multi-homed hosts we have pairs (or more) of A and PTR records. These all match.
For example:
A for address 1, PTR for address1
A for address 2, PTR for address 2
IPAM shows mismatches as:
A for address 1, PTR for address 2
A for address 2, PTR for address 1
This generates a lot of noise when you have a lot of RR records.
I would like to see it be smart enough to match all the pairs and then if the pair matches, take it out of the mismatch record. If there is a record that doesn't match (like a PTR with no A record) then flag that one.
