Refering to Orion SDK Wiki: https://github.com/solarwinds/OrionSDK/wiki/IPAM-4.7-API#create-new-subnet
As of now, it accepts only subnet address and CIDR. It would be nice to have a possibility to set a Friendly Name and some other properties described here:
https://github.com/solarwinds/OrionSDK/wiki/IPAM-4.7-API#crud-operations-for-ipamsubnet
As a bonus, the function should return Uri of newly created subnet. That will allow to directly find and modify the subnet.
