Forget the spreadhseets. IPAM has automatic subnet discovery - beta 2

I'm very excited to share with all of your our Beta 2 of next gen IPAM. This beta is special, contains preview of IP subnet automatic discovery, which is revolution in our IPAM. You do not longer need import old spreadsheets to migrate your subnet layout into IPAM, you can let IPAM to discover routers and get up-to date picture of the network, this can be repeated any time you want to make sure you have all subnets in IPAM that exists physically in routing tables. How to start? Here is short "how to":

1) open IPAM settings and click on Getting started wizard:

Please not, we use SNMP read community string to pull down routing table information.

I'm very interested in your feedback how discovery works on your end.

But, that's not all, we are also introducing new UI for split-scope & utilization monitoring on distributed environments. IPAM automatically scans all DHCP serves and group related scopes together. That means you can clearly see which server has critical DHCP scope utilization:

The process is automatic, you just have to have imported DHCP servers in IPAM.

Last, but not least, we've updated our MAC-Vendor translation database and want to say BIG thanks to you for the feedback during Beta 1.

We are very interested in your Beta 2 experience and everybody who is under IPAM active maintenance can simply test IPAM 4.2 beta.

and I'll send you the link asap.

Please, DO NOT install beta version on production neither update your existing IPAM machine.
