What to build an alert for DHCP HOT standby status not configured

Has anyone built alerting for a DHCP scope with no HOT standby? I can see HOT Standby exists or not on the Orion DHCP scopes page, but I can't find an option for it in the Alert Manger or what database table contains the info in the SDK.
