Make an Alert for when an IP is added or used in monitored Subnet

Hello Everybody,

I have seen a previous post from way back in 2011, but it doesn't seem to have been resolved. I would like to be alerted when an IP is either added or becomes used in my monitored Subnets in IPAM. Specifically, like a Server Subnet or Managment Subnet. It would not be for my DHCP leased Subnets or (Data/Voice) Subnet's. Any help would be great

Ideally it would be if an IP became used, send an message via email cointaining the IP Address passed as a variable, so that we can address the issue immediately. Thanks in advance for everybody's help.
