IPMAM Install error

On trying to Install IPAM the install tasks stops and I get a small window titled OrionServiceManager which contains the message "connot connect to service"

 

I'm running NPM version 9.5.0.

 

Any ideas would be welcome...

  • We recently did some testing and found this same error message in a service release we have in the works. We found it to be on Windows 2008 with UAC on.

    Are you running with UAC on?

    If so, could you try disabling UAC for the duration of the full install, then enable if after you've got it properly installed.
